Hyundai was due to technologically-functional aspect and design of the frontage very demanding project. Despite that we were able to design and build an object attractive to industry professionals as well as to general public. The building consists of sales and repair center, educational center and offices on 4 floors as well as 136 parking lots in the underground garage.

In the fastest growing town in Serbia located between Beograd and Novi Sad this smaller Shopping Center with 9 shops was built in record-breaking 85 days. The project was collaboration between slovenian and local partner companies and is of great importance to the local community.

September 2007

MC Novi Sad was due to excavation, underground garage and foundation piling, great surface and other local particularities extremely difficult project. In spite of that we managed to build the Shopping Center with 66 shops and premises in only 14 months.

In a very short time Energogroup has built this second Shopping Center of the Merkur company in Serbia with over 75 employees and 25.000 products for home, garden and workshop. The building has 2 floors and is one of the best equipped and up-to-date shopping centers of its kind.

In the center of the capital city of Slovenia – Ljubljana we executed the reconstruction of the Oton Zupancic library. With it's current modern design and newest technologies it can easily cope with the best libraries in Europe. Because of difficult access to the roof of the building it was a great challenge to install ventilation and air-conditioning devices.

For better incorporation into the Mediterranean architectural and urban design of the center of the city Mostar, Mercator Shopping Center was fitted with special frontage – the hercegovian stone – also the main component of »The Old Bridge« in Mostar. The construction was finished in only 6 months.

In the proximity of Ibarska main road which connects Beograd and Montenegro, this Shopping Center was built in only 7 months. It's main store has the surface of 3.000 m2. Mercator Shopping Center Cacak was the second investment of the Mercator company in Serbia.

Mercator Shopping Center Dobrinja is already the third center of Mercator company in the BiH capital city Sarajevo. With more than 80 employees, 5.000 m2 of shopping area and modern design it has significantly revived the southern part of Sarajevo and Lukavica.

Four years after the first Mercator Shopping Center in Sarajevo, Shopping center Alipašino polje was built in just 5 months.

The first phase of adaptation included rooms, corridors and elevators, the second phase included the renovation of reception desk, restaurant and the construction of conference rooms, casino, inner and open-air swimming pools, wellness center and complete renovation of the frontage and the surroundings of the hotel. Hotel Maestral was awarded as the best hotel of Serbia and Montenegro in 2004 and as the best hotel in Montenegro in 2005.

At that time the biggest investment of Mercator company into their largest Shopping Center, built by Energogroup in only 12 months. It has 51 shops and bars as well as a parking garage for 1000 cars. It's size allows more than 50.000 visitors daily with record breaking opening ceremony attendancy of 100.000 customers.

Mercator Shopping Center Sarajevo was the first investment of Mercator company abroad. It was one of the largest slovenian investments abroad at that time with renown guests at the opening ceremony with the then president of Slovenia Milan Kucan. Besides the main Mercator store there are also 25 other shops and bars in the Center.

The construction of two Gas stations in Jagodje was the beginning of successful cooperation with the largest slovenian oil company Petrol. Since then we have built several other gas stations in Slovenia and abroad.

Chamber of Commerce and Industry has a rear section made of reinforced concrete while the front section is made of steel. It has a specific space allotment with public areas (classrooms, conference rooms, gallery) aligned vertically in the front section forming the main part of the building.

Energogroup successfully executes the construction, design and recunstruction of slovenian oil and other reservoirs since 1996. Among the largest are the oil reservoirs in Celje, Race, Sermin, Zalog and Ortnek. Combined volume of constructed reservoirs exceeds 500.000 m³ with the largest units containing 60.000 m3 of oil that are located in Sermin.

Since the foundation in 1994 Energogroup has been part of more than 100 construction projects – mostly as a main contractor. Besides above stated projects, we were also part of following ones: main office building and underground garage for Elektro Gorenjska Kranj, Mercator Shopping Centers in Nova Gorica, Koper, Lucija, Shopping Center Vema Obi in Maribor, Shopping Center Supernova in Koper, expansion of Casino Perla in Nova Gorica, Aviation Hangar on airport Brnik, adaptation of Ilirija Hotel, Mc Donald's in BTC, juvenile health resort in Debeli rtic and many others.
